My favorite music genre!

Hi! Well, I'm very late with this blog (upsiiiiiiis) but after problems and forget that, I'm here to share with you about my favorite artist, or music genre.

 

And is sooo difficult to choose! Because I like and I listen a very wide variety of music. But if I had to select the music than I listen more often, i'll  choose folklore.

I enjoy the voices, andean instruments or different rhythms. The fusion with pop, rock, indie, and another music genres. Maybe is the thing that make me dance from the inside and move my body with liberty of spirit. I love dance, yep, and everything that make me move, is amazing, but with folklore music, I feel the movement connect with the territory, with the roots of it...

Pascuala Ilabaca, Evelyn Cornejo, Ana Tijoux, Newen Afrobeat, Perotá Chingó, iLe, Malena Muyala, Natalia Lafoucarde, are some of the different artists that I listen and enjoy.

But I enjoy many others, like the music of the latinamerican's carnaval, dance afro-descendant like Tumbe, Vals Peruano (Los Celestinos, pls), Nigeria music, etc. And I can't forget the brasilian music!, with his delicious bossa nova, and artists like Chico Buarque, Caetano Veloso, or the group Ordinarius 💙 (just to name a few examples)

Blog 2: The best concert ever.

Juan Quintero

Hi people!

I want to share with you about my best concert ever. It was in the past June 22 in San Miguel.

The artist was Juan Quintero in a simple and intimate concert, where he was very close with the public. 

Juan Quintero is an artist from Tucumán, Argentina, the earth of many artist that I like, how Atahualpa, Mercedes, Luna, etc. They are folklorist musician recognized in latin america, and other countries. I love so much the folklor.

In the concert, he start in a platform very tall, singing the music more recognized and requested for the public too. The atmosphere was very calm, the people was all the time with his interpretation. His virtuosity with the guitar was amazing, mi boyfriend (a composer) was fascinated! And his humility in comparison with his talent, was very sweet.

I feel that, like a popular artist, he try to broke the appreciation that the public have with a traditional concert, where the artist some times have many protection or he can't be near to the people. In the middle of the concert, he comes down and make a circle (or tried, because the space was very little for 40 people) with the public, and sing with all of us the rest of the concert. I just saw eyes and faces very removed.

The best moment was when he was our coral direct, and all the public sing with his direction. It was the moment more happines of the concert. I was a singer!

Blog 1: A country I would like to visit

India

Choose a country where I would like to travel, is difficult, but India it's a place that I'd love to visit.

I had the fortune to dance bharatanatyam in my carrer like a subject, and I fell in love of all that I learned.

India have the culture, the food (vegetarian, vegan food), the religious beliefs, the music, the dance, the humans and so much more that are of my deep interest. I don't know so much what happen in India about the political, or what happen in the present (things no less important for choose a place that you have to live for a short or long time). But I want to study some medicine of this culture, like ayurveda, or ashtanga hatha yoga for learn the visions of the body and his power. The power of the mind and the determination. It's a complex and deep knowledge.  Maybe we thing that India it's a place some poor in education, even poor per se. It's one of the 25 best countries in the QS Higher Education System Strength Rankings 2016. And grow in his economy, but we don't see this in the news. Cause' it is not a country of interest.

I'd like the spiritual wealth, the love for the nature and there respect. The infrastructure of the temples, it's something that I have to see, and i can't miss!!!
